” …Camarillo residents have spoken when it comes to the controversy over the future of Camarillo Airport.
Initial results? Not so surprising. Locals don’t want cargo planes taking off and landing at the small airport at all hours of the night.
A company hired by the city to conduct a survey has completed its work, and city officials said the full findings will be revealed at the Jan. 12 council meeting. There will be a public presentation but no action by the council is expected.
The company, FM3 Research, was hired to conduct a “statistically representative” survey to gauge the feelings of Camarillo residents on airport issues. …”
