Researcher
Bella Lalanne joined the FM3 Research team in June of 2026 to conduct qualitative and quantitative campaign research. In pursuit of her political acumen, she also teaches Introduction to American Government at Diablo Valley College.
Prior to FM3, Bella worked at the UC Berkeley Possibility Lab to conduct survey research on Racial Equity in California in coordination with the Governor’s Office. She worked with Georgetown University’s Beeck Center to conduct a landscape analysis of the digital transformation of public benefits programs across the United States. She also worked at MDRC as a Quantitative Researcher, conducting program evaluations on K-12 education programs.
Bella holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and data analytics from UC San Diego and an MPP from UC Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy. She has contributed to peer-reviewed research on K-12 education policy.
