Controller John Travale (JT) arrived at FM3 having a resume full of small-business leadership in accounting, management, operations, and even ownership. As FM3’s Controller, John touches all things financial and has successfully and substantially elevated the level of quality and efficiency of FM3’s financial operations since his arrival in 2014. John lives to streamline accounting and operational processes by evaluating and implementing cutting edge practices and financial applications. He is passionate about professional growth and strives to always improve his knowledge and efficiency.
Personally, John is a big supporter of De La Salle High School, from which all three of his boys have graduated or will graduate. John’s tight-knit family is the center of his life. He is also passionate about athletics and motorsport. John and his wife have been involved with their church and frequently share their experiences and knowledge with engaged couples through their community’s Marriage Encounter classes. John is a member of the Walnut Creek Masters Swim team and, up until recently, competed in full-gear tackle football. On the weekend, you can often find John working on a vintage motorcycle with one of his sons, watching a Rams game, or at a swim meet.
John has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of the Pacific.
